This is only the third blog post. I'm not sure if I should confess this so early on... Oh well! Here goes.
So, I'm a nerd. I know, I know. I'm slowly starting to accept it though as I sip coffee from my TARDIS shaped mug. I don't know if I'd really consider myself a nerd though (or geek I guess) because although I love the IT crowd and have watched every episode of Battlestar Galactica, I just like a good story and by george, there are some good ones out there.
Recently, I rewatched the first Star Wars movies because I hadn't seen them since I was a kid. I was skeptical that I would like them but they are actually really good! Then I tried to watch the latest ones that came out a few years ago and I couldn't make it more than 30 minutes into the first movie. It was a severe disappointment. And can we talk about the numbering on those? I keep having to repeat the order in my head to keep the movies and episodes straight. V? I? IVMCIVII???
But yes, I am excited for the Star Wars movie coming out this year because I think it might actually be good. Here's to hoping!
