Leaves dangle from the tips of trees as their attempts to stay forever alive becomes futile and the wind pulls and carries them away. The green that covered the ground and sky turns to hues of yellow, red and orange as the sun stretches across the horizon, its journey getting shorter each time. The sweaters are dragged out of storage as the people wrap up in layers of sweaters with PSL in hand… or, hot chocolate, bottle of whiskey-- whatever your choice of fall drink.

To the last season before the frost creeps in and the snow piles up. May the shortening daylight seem longer and may your toes stay warm. Here’s to fall!
